* Table widget refactor totalWidth to remove null checking and empty

This adds the interface `SvgCustomFonts` and a corresponding parameter
to the SvgImage widget. This provides a mechanism to support SVGs that
have known fonts referenced in them.

Closes #1731.

Add Noto Sans TC/SC fonts for traditional and simplified Chinese

implemented fix when UIPrinter isn't contactable even if accessible due to an iOS bug.

added a flag to force using custom paper size to use when the combination of airprint+printer driver choose a wrong paper format.
